Established in 2004, Amila Transport and Logistics was founded upon the core values of service, reliability and attention to detail in delivering an efficient transportation service.

Rewarded by our clients with sustained growth, in 2016 we moved into a purpose-built facility at Polonnaruwa from where we operate our total fleet of 88 trucks. With continues expansions, the current fleet strength has risen to almost 150 units due to the embracement of Business Partner initiative where we partnered with the other small scaled suppliers.In a highly competitive market, we stand out as an asset-based transportation solutions provider committed to our customers by delivering quality service with complete dependability. Deploying professional drivers with our top-of-the-line equipment's, all backed by an onsite maintenance facility and a robust custom-made System which is second to none, allows us to maintain the service levels at an outstanding level.

HOW IT WORKS!

The core of our agreement outlines the primary transportation tasks which will be provided to the customer. The provider of goods,typically a client, agrees to pay the transportation provider to deliver the goods to retail outlets or other distribution sites. The transport company promises to provide all fuel, loading equipment and repair equipment for its vehicles.

Pre-Booking

Client should ensure that all Products will be safe for transport and handling.After confirmaing the same,a booking should be placed for requesting a vehicle considering Weight, Volume and Packaging.

Transport Coordinators should cleary examine request details and assign a optimum Vehicle, Driver, if necessory a Helper to execute the Job successfully.

The vehicle should completethe Job by adhiring to the KPIset by Customer.The Transport Coordinater should follow up the job Execution to achieve100% satisfaction.

Finance

The Charges for a specific job should be confirmed by the Client within 3 days so that the Actual invoicing could occur.Any dispute should be resolved within those three days.
