About Our Company
Established in 2004, Amila Transport and Logistics was founded upon the core values of service, reliability and attention to detail in delivering an efficient transportation service
Rewarded by our clients with sustained growth, in 2016 we moved into a purpose-built facility at Polonnaruwa from where we operate our total fleet of 130 trucks. With continues expansions, the current fleet strength has risen to almost 200 units due to the embracement of Business Partner initiative where we partnered with the other small scaled suppliers.
In a highly competitive market, we stand out as an asset based transportation solutions provider committed to our customers by delivering quality service with complete dependability. Deploying professional drivers with our top of the line equipments, all backed by an onsite maintenance facility and a robust custom made System which is second to none, allows us to maintain the service levels at an outstanding level.

The ability to execute multimodal road transportation services is one of our key strengths as a Transport Company. All our staff is specialized in executing following services and we provide total visibility of our services using GPS technology and robust system. Ability to maintain our key values while doing wide range of transport modals clearly highlights the strength of the company in Transport Industry.
Passenger
We provide passenger transportation using busses for specifically garments. Currently we have two buses operating in Polonnaruwa providing adequate service for a lower cost.
Material
Construction Material transportation is another that we have within our company. Currently we do Cement, Sand and Metal transportation using Tippers and external supplier fleet.
FMCG
Cargills, Sathosa and Nestle are classic examples for this Transportation modal. A major portion of the company revenue is achieved using this modal.
FCL & LCL
From ports to Yard/Factory or From Factory to Yard transportation using containers is also modal that we follow. We do the same using external suppliers.
Apparel
This is also a modal that we excel in. With a highest security and efficiency, we help apparel industry to transport there materials and finish goods within factories.
Agro
We do Fertilizer transportation as a backhauling operation to maximize the truck usage. This model has helped us utilize our trucks to improve revenue and profits.
